Our 6‑week therapy program supports individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and depression while honoring family traditions, cultural values, migration histories, and systemic challenges. Rooted in narrative therapy and systems theory, it offers a compassionate space to explore experiences, build resilience, and foster healing and growth.

Body and Mind at Peace
Join us every Wednesday for a yoga practice that blends gentle breathing, mindful movement, and calming techniques to support your emotional well-being. These sessions are designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and create space for inner peace. By connecting body and mind, you’ll complement your healing process and cultivate resilience in a supportive environment.

Difficult Topics Night
We offer individual and group sessions that address grief, PTSD, and family challenges in a safe, guided environment. Each gathering provides compassionate support to process emotions, share experiences, and discover healthier ways of coping. With trusted guidance, our goal is to help you heal, build resilience, and strengthen connections within yourself, your family, and your community.
